One Btn Bosses is an action game where you shoot enemies as a tiny spaceship. Unusually, instead of controlling the moving and shooting, you have a single button to change direction. It stands out for having to choose between changing direction to avoid attacks or resisting pressing to gain attack power and speed.

As the game is not released, the developer is still working on accessibility features. The report represents those features that they have a plan to implement and are confident of including but is subject to change.

While only a single button is needed when playing, navigating the menus and level selection requires additional inputs. Holds and simultaneous presses are both nonessential, but rapid pressing is very often required, and fast reactions are essential.

Text in menus is high in contrast but small. There is no text in the levels (beyond the tutorial).

There are effects that appear in the background while playing that cannot be turned off, which can be distracting. There are lots of different colour schemes selectable from the menu, which can increase the contrast massively. They also include different colourblind options.

There is slight screen shake and some flashy effects throughout.
