Accessibility Notes
You cannot save at any time, but specified save points are quite frequent, and you can fast travel to any save point (you've discovered) from anywhere on the map. If you die, you don't lose any experience or loot, and in combination with the frequent save points, you never lose too much progress.
Text is all high in contrast, although much of it is less than 1/20th of screen height and non-adjustable. The UI is extensively customisable, with the option to turn on or off damage numbers, numerical health values (in addition to your health bar), and many other elements. You can view your map at any time, which shows your objective, as well as which areas haven't been explored and whether or not you have the right tools to unlock new areas yet.
The game can be quite dark at times, and the backgrounds are very detailed, which can be distracting. There's no motion blur, although some attacks are stylised in a way that adds additional visual effects similar to blur, but this never affects the whole screen and is very localised around the attack. Soe attacks also create small localised flashes.
