Accessibility Notes
All text is high in contrast, but some is far less than 1/20th of screen height. There is no speech in the game.
When there are lots of enemies and attacks on the screen at once it can be very chaotic and difficult to make out what's going on. This is compounded by flashes and other visual effects. The contrast, while generally good, can also be low during particularly chaotic moments as everything blends into one large group of attacks and enemies.
Your objective is always clear (survive), and navigation does not present an issue as there is no set destination, and you instead wander around in search of/away from enemies.

Where foreground contrast is high, this includes games with some movement in the background that doesn't make it overly difficult to distinguish what is happening.
