Play Overview
You play a young girl in the early noughties on her first day of secondary school. When she gets there, she's bullied and made fun of by her classmates. Suddenly, you find yourself thrust into a bizarre series of events where you must piece together what's going on by searching the environment for clues. What starts off as a heartfelt tale soon becomes far stranger and more surreal as you work through different scenarios to reveal a larger, interconnected story.
Play involves clicking on different parts of the screen to move around and interact with various objects and characters. By doing this, you reveal clues you use to slowly figure out what happened in each of the nine scenes in the game. You must then present your reconstructed version of events, by choosing words and images to fill in the story. While the puzzles start out fairly straightforward, as you progress they get far more complex, requiring deep thought and consideration of how everything connects.
The result is a game that challenges you to decipher each of its mysteries through deep investigation and thought. Laying out your case with pictures and words makes for a fun spin on the genre akin to filling out a detective's case board with clues.
