Play Overview
It Has My Face (2025) is an observation deduction game about searching for and killing your evil clone in a crowd of people before they kill you first. Play involves using weapons with limited ammo, comparing your reflection to characters, and shooting your look-alike. It's unique because it feels like playing a murderous game of hide-and-seek with yourself.
You start the game mysteriously lost alongside a large crowd of strangers. Using a mirror to identify yourself, you search for a character that looks just like you, and then use the weapons you find to kill them. The clones are smart and change tactics from round to round, so they might hunt you down and rush you in one round, but wait for your back to be turned in the next.
After beating enough clones, mutations change or add features to make things harder, like making mirrors illegal or creating hidden traps around the map. These forces you to invent new ways of observing and identifying your clones. Do well, and you unlock upgrades for each run, like longer stabbing distances when using a knife.
The result is a paranoia-inducing clone-hunting game which changes each time you play.
