Play OverviewPlay Overview

Killer Queen Black (2019) is a competitive running, jumping and fighting game where teams battle in an arena to outscore opponents. Play is a platforming battle with three ways to win: hopping on the snail, hoarding berries, or wiping out the enemy's queen. It stands out for each team member taking on different roles and working towards the different ways to win strategically.

Based on the classic Killer Queen arcade game, you team up with other players (originally online but not only) locally in battles to outscore each other. You use platforming and strategy skills to attack, fly, and stay alive. Each team comprises one Queen and three Drone players, competing to achieve victory in three ways: Military (eliminate the opposing Queen three times), Economic (collect and deposit berries into the team's hive), or Snail (ride a slow-moving snail to the team's goal)

As you progress, you learn how to use your different abilities to gain the upper hand. Drone characters can transform into Warriors by delivering berries to gates, enabling them to engage in combat and defend their Queen. The Queen is powerful and can defend the workers and open gates, but care is needed to avoid her dying.

The result is a fast-paced arcade challenge with a deep focus on dynamic strategy and teamwork. Getting good is as much about adapting your team tactics as being efficient killers.
