Play Overview
Along with the familiar race to victory on your own or in teams, this time, you get to build your perfect vehicle with gadgets and customisations of how power-ups work. There are 24 tracks and 15 CrossWorlds that steer the racing towards exploration. It's not only power-ups that can reverse your fortunes, but the unpredictable worlds you warp to as the landscape of each race changes.
The result is a chaotic yet skilful mix of kart racing. It blends high-speed action with layered mechanics across shifting, multi-world tracks. It's a game that rewards both reflexes and curiosity.

5+ year-olds usually have the required skill to enjoy this game. Still, it’s important for parents and guardians to ensure they understand in-game purchases and have spending limits set-up. One family told us, "My son loved Sonic Racing even though he was only 3 years old. My dad hooked up his old PS3 and played Sonic Sega All-Stars. My son saw his grandad play them and wanted to play himself. Obviously, he wasn't winning races, but it was all about just controlling the character."
