Play Overview
Play involves performing your duties by catching and arresting criminals, stopping crimes at the scene and chasing down wanted suspects. If you see offences, you can issue tickets and arrest suspects. When you're called to a crime scene, you are told whether or not armed force is permitted and must ensure no civilian casualties occur. For violent crimes, you engage in shootouts and use the environment for cover, calling for backup when needed.
You pursue criminals on foot, by car, and in a helicopter depending on what's necessary. By coordinating with your colleagues, you can set up spike traps on the road, get other officers to block exits, and direct the criminals to dead ends where they can be apprehended. Deciding on the best strategy for every situation is essential, and avoiding violence is paramount. Success enables you to upgrade your skills, letting you take on more dangerous assignments and work your way up the ranks.
The result is a game that puts you in control of the decisions that can lead to a successful or failed arrest. Making impactful choices and gradually learning the best ways to deal with each criminal situation makes for an engaging test of your intuition and ability to grasp the full picture.
