Play OverviewPlay Overview

Thick As Thieves is a stealth game where you compete against three other players to rob priceless artefacts. You need to break in, sneak around the guards or stealthily dispatch them, then steal the artefact and get out again. It sounds simple, and it would be if not for your human opponents, who do everything they can to steal from you and get you caught.

The objective of each round is to try and be the one who successfully delivers an artefact from a secure location. To reach it, you must infiltrate high-security buildings and evade the guards, or take them out one by one. Your chosen thief has a specific play style, be it sneaking through shadows or deftly killing guards without a sound. Figuring out a good route into, and out of, the target building is essential.

Alongside the challenge of stealing the artefact, you must also contend with the three other players, who all have the same objective. You can try and plan ahead, using routes that favour you rather than them, but having contingencies for when something (inevitably) goes wrong is essential. Once someone has the artefact, the tension mounts as everyone races to steal it from one another before it's handed in.

The result is a game that combines the tension and excitement of stealthy infiltration with lighthearted (yet extremely competitive) fun as everyone vies for the same artefact. Win or lose, it's the emergent interactions with other players as you use your tools and the environment to try and get an edge that makes it so much fun.
