Play Overview
You play by sequencing Letter tiles, which each have a different point allocation depending on their rarity, into words and fit them horizontally or vertically into other words on the board. The twist is that certain squares offer bonus points for the letter or word placed over them.
As you play, space on the board is used up and access to higher-scoring bonuses becomes available. It becomes a bit of a race to use these multipliers and then find increasingly clever ways to squeeze more words from your letters. Being good at adapting and changing words ensures you score the highest possible points. When all the tiles have been used up, the player with the most points wins.
What starts as an enjoyable challenge of finding words from the letters that you receive, quickly becomes a strategic battle for space where often brilliant words go unrewarded and sneaky one-letter adaptations score big points. This is a classic word game which develops both the player's vocabulary and their ability to fight ruthlessly for victory.
