Play Overview
Another World (2013) (Out of This World in North America) is a retro cinematic running, jumping and shooting game about a young scientist who, as a result of a failed experiment finds himself in a dangerous alien world where he is forced to fight for his survival.
The game was ahead of its time for the use of vector graphics to create a sense of character movement. It has now been re-released as a classic. It stands out as a simple B-movie adventure without the more complex trappings of modern games.
Our examiner, Andy Robertson, first checked Another World 4 years ago. It was re-examined by Thom Robertson and updated 2 weeks ago.
