You're a bounty hunter on a mission to find the Legendary Lost Treasure. Play involves searching to find the four pieces of the map for access to the Golden Valley. You do this by moving from cover to cover while aiming and shooting your gun. As you progress you take on mini-games to catch enemies, win money in games of cards, survive the wolves and upgrade your weapons. Do well and you can steal gold and useful items from the enemies to enhance your abilities.
The result is a game some will find too simple, but for newcomers and younger players, this is a great way to try shooting challenges with a cowboy theme.
There is a game of solitaire in the game that teaches you how to gamble. This results in the PEGI 18 rating in Europe rather than the shooting violence or blood.
8+ year-olds usually have the required skill to enjoy this game. Provided you can deal with moving and avoiding bullets while also aiming your gun you can enjoy this. It's a good way to try out shooting and moving games without needing to deal with full moving around as this is limited to two dimensions here - controlled with a single stick and buttons.
