Play OverviewPlay Overview

Ink (2015) is a running (sliding) and jumping game where you see the platforms you are jumping on by splashing them with ink. You control a little white square that, along with splashing colour everywhere, can jump on enemies and climb walls.

It's a game about the joy of colour and discovering the unseen. The ink goes everywhere, and when it lands it paints the world. Squishing an enemy creates more splashes and splodges. Even failing is useful – when your blocky character perishes it explodes in a shower of colour. There are 75 puzzling levels to complete.

Our examiner, Andy Robertson, first checked Ink 3 years ago. It was re-examined by Jo Robertson and updated 5 months ago.
