Play Overview
Lumino City (2014) is a puzzle adventure game in a handmade world. This is not unusual for a video game, but this world was literally made by hand in a physical studio and then filmed. It creates a unique experience that feels like you are poking around a Wallace and Gromit animation.
"Explore a handmade city with a mystery to unravel," says the developer. You investigate a city and repair all sorts of puzzling mechanisms to help the people who live in its unique world. There are gardens in the sky, towers marooned high on an immense waterwheel, and houses dug precariously into cliffs.
The game continues the story of its prequel, Lume, and we are catapulted into a new epic journey and a hunt for Grandad. It's head-scratching at times, but the clues are all there for you to solve the mystery, meet fantastic characters and have fun along the way.

Skill Level
7+ year-olds usually have the required skill to enjoy this game. Although the game looks like it is made for really young children, you do need skills of exploration and puzzle solving to be able to progress. Played with an adult though, this is a lovely fairy tale to discover together.
