Play OverviewPlay Overview

Phogs (2020) is a game where you control a stretchy dog that has a head at both ends of its body. It sounds a little strange but is actually an endearing adventure where, on your own or with another person, you control each end of the dog separately to explore the bright colourful world and solve puzzles.

What's nice about the game is that two people can play with one controller as one head is controlled by one stick while the other head is controlled by the other stick. You use the related trigger button to hold on to things.

A little like Snake Pass you work with real-world physics to get around. This means you have to interact carefully and cleverly with the different elements of the environment. You also have to coordinate this with the other player to be successful.

Our examiner, Andy Robertson, first checked Phogs 5 years ago. It was re-examined by Thom Robertson and updated 4 days ago.
