Selini is a running, jumping, and fighting game where you explore a desolate world and defeat monsters. With no dialogue or visual distractions, it's up to you to decipher the story that skirts the topics of environmental and social responsibility. It's a hard game, but offers unique meditative exploration of a fascinating world as you strive to succeed.

Set in a vast, ruined world, you play a small hero as you journey around cavernous, derelict factories and expansive desert wastes. You encounter strange shadowy figures and other enemies who you defeat in combat using close-range melee attacks. Combat is fast-paced and precise, and by defeating enemies, you can upgrade your character, allowing you to take on fresh challenges.

As you progress, you can revive abandoned machinery, allowing you to move from one area to another more quickly. By exploring every nook and cranny as you go, not only do you uncover useful secrets and items, but you also find new clues as to the hidden story surrounding the desolate landscape.

The result is a uniquely introspective game that provides a unique blend of fast-paced fights, deep exploration, and thought-provoking environmental storytelling that makes for a game that challenges not just your skill but also your way of thinking on important topics.
