Play OverviewPlay Overview

Splitter Critters (2018) is a puzzle game where you cut up the world to connect platforms and get to the exit. You split and rearrange each level so you can avoid deadly lasers and create floating swimming pools to guide alien critters back to their spaceship.

The result is a unique puzzle that deceptively hard to master. Play evolves beyond simple rearranging to different types of critters with their own quirks and abilities. Then there's the various biomes each with their own immersive soundscape and mechanics - laser beams, reflective surfaces, liquids, moving platforms and the like.

Our examiner, Andy Robertson, first checked Splitter Critters 2 years ago. It was re-examined by Jo Robertson and updated 15 months ago.
