Play OverviewPlay Overview

Stephen's Sausage Roll (2016) is a puzzle game where you push sausages around to grill them perfectly on both sides. It sounds easy but is actually really tricky. You can only roll sausages in certain ways and each level is limited in size.

Play involves exploring a blocky island you are shipwrecked on to discover a series of these sausage grilling puzzles. Each sausage is two blocks long and has two sides, requiring each of the for spots to be on the grill once. If they fall into the sea or are grilled twice in any way you need to restart the level.

It's a quirky game with an unusual look and feel. This accentuates the puzzle challenge as your character can only move by rotating or walking forward. You often need to play ahead of how to get your character where you need them and in the orientation you require.

The result is a tough puzzle challenge that is also approachable.
