Play OverviewPlay Overview

Way to the Woods is an adventure game where you play a fawn and a deer trying to survive their long journey home after human civilization has collapsed. Interacting with the world and exploring both urban and barren landscapes leads you to discover the abandoned paraphernalia of life as it used to be as well as strong connection between parent and child.

"A deer and their fawn journey across a world abandoned by the old gods in order to find their way home. Seek food, shelter, and safety from other animals like wolves." It looks like a combination of The Road, The Last of Us and Journey.

The mother deer must feed and care for the fawn, although each will be needed to find their way home. She can use her antlers to power up, disconnect electric circuits and collect energy from other creatures.
