Play OverviewPlay Overview

PinOut (2016) is an action pinball game played against the clock in a Tron-like world. You use your flippers to work up through an endless series of tables, collecting time to stay alive. It stands out not only for the endless pinball challenge but the chilled-future aesthetic and music.

You must race against time in a continuous journey through a neon canyon of pulsating lights and retro music. The controls are simple but timing is everything. Do you go for the quick route to the next table or do you take the harder shot to collect extra time, or take on additional video game challenges?

The result is an approachable pinball game that offers a high skill ceiling and, like the developer's other games, isn't littered with in-game purchases (just one to unlock continues).

Our examiner, Jo Robertson, first checked PinOut 4 months ago. It was re-examined by Ellen Robertson and updated 8 weeks ago.
