Play Overview
The games are played by connecting online, and then each player connects to the computer or console with a mobile or tablet device. Each challenge round is completed via these devices with results shown on the main screen.
There are a series of Jackbox Party packs each containing a range of games. For example, in You Don't Know Jack (1-4 Players) four players are tasked to answer multiple-choice trivia questions. The quicker you answer the more points you score. You can force other players to answer more quickly and earn a bonus if they fail. Or in Drawful (3-8 Players) up to eight players individually are given a phrase and a drawing canvas on their local device. They have to draw the phrase so that other players can correctly guess what it is when it appears on the TV.

Skill Level
6+ year-olds usually have the required skill to enjoy this game. Still, it's important for parents and guardians to consider the maturity required to process the game content. The range of games on offer means you can find one that fits any age and a range of skill sets. Provided team play and a little pressure is acceptable, it's a great fit for even young players (who can be helped by an older player if need be).
