Alephant is an abstract puzzle game where you combine Hebrew letters to create sounds. Like language, the game works on rules that appear arbitrary but are actually detailed and interwoven. It creates a unique cascading puzzle where one letter combination unlocks the next until each pair has made a sound and the level is complete.

Aleph is the first letter of the Hebrew alphabet, and it is generally silent. However, it can be combined with the niqqud (vowels) to make a sound. By moving the letters around the grid, you combine these letters in ways that make a particular sound and grant your Elephant character special abilities when you stand on them. This enables you to manipulate other letters' positions and orientation until they have all been paired and the level is finished.

The result is a beautifully opaque yet entirely logical letter puzzle. It's a wordless game about language and the power of combining simple elements to create complex results.
