Moshi: Sleep and Mindfulnes‪s‬ (2020) is a narrative experience designed to aid sleep. Children can select stories, sounds, meditation or music and calm colours to help them drift off to sleep quickly. Once started the original stories and sounds play with the screen off while the child is in bed.

The bedtime stories offer gentle rhyming journeys with lullaby choruses. Musical transitions are specifically designed to be soothing as each story progresses to the next. This is complemented by the option to select Musical loops that play for several minutes as each story ends before fading to silence.

The app also provides convolution reverb in some stories to replicate low-frequency oscillations in the theta range, similar to Tibetan prayer bowls. It creates a simple meditation experience based on the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy to help children manage negative thoughts.
