Play OverviewPlay Overview

Prodeus (2020) is a fast paced shooting game. It's designed to recreate the frantic reaction based play of the first shooting games like Quake and Doom. You familiarise yourself with complex levels, searching for keys, while engaging enemies in fast-paced combat using a variety of weapons. You have a map to help you orientate yourself.

Prodeus may look like older games but it adds in modern visual effects like dynamic lighting and particle effects, interactive levels, a gore system, and a dynamic soundtrack. You can downgrade the visuals to give the game a pixelated look, simulating television resolutions of the late 1990s.

Our examiner, Andy Robertson, first checked Prodeus 4 years ago. It was re-examined by Ollie Robertson and updated 5 months ago.
