Severed Steel (2021) is a shooting game with a focus on movement. You charge through the destructible environments shooting and parrying attacks. You play as the one-armed protagonist, Steel, a nimble sharpshooter on a mission. It's like Doom meets Superhot by way of Mirror's Edge.

Play involves quick reactions and knife-edge decisions about to process. With the use of your weapons and steel-toed boots, you take on a superstructure full of bad guys. This encourages you to find unusual ways to parkour through the architecture by chaining together wall runs, dives, flips, and slides.

The action is fast and unrelenting. There is no reloading and now time to catch your breath. It's a heart-pumping rush where you must pick your shots well and be ready to pry a loaded weapon from your enemies' cold dead hands.
