Shell Shockers
Review

Shell Shockers (2021) is an online shooting game where you play as an armed egg. It has the usual array of guns but here you aim to crack rather than kill the other players. You play the game in a web browser, it's fast to start and simple to play with a focus on getting a streak of kills.

Unlike other shooting games, there is no start and no end, it's a rolling mess of kill or be killed. Your current kill streak is displayed at the top of the screen but there is no overall winner you just keep playing until you've had enough.

As you progress you can work on getting better to improve your total kills, deaths, best kill streak, and kill-to-death ratio. But really this is a game to blow off some steam with some good(?) old-fashioned shooting.

The result is a shooting game that changes over time. There are occasions when it's dominated by expert players who are able to claim kills with ease. At other times there's a more level playing field. Or sometimes, you join just at the right time when you have enough skill to rise to the top.
