Play OverviewPlay Overview

Sky Children of the Light (2019) (Sky Children of Light) is a huge open-world online game designed to create altruism between players. From the developer of Flower and Journey, it takes you on a social adventure in an ever-expanding world with up to 8 other players.

You soar above the clouds to seven dreamlike realms and work together to find buried mysteries and rebuild a fallen kingdom. It’s more than just a heart-warming flight simulator though. As you progress you earn new ways to communicate with and give gifts to other players. Players team to adventure into darker realms to save spirits and uncover ancient treasures. Like a day at Disneyland, Sky is designed to bring families and friends closer together.

Now available on Nintendo Switch, although details about in-app purchases and cross-play features are no yet confirmed. This is described as the first console platform, so we expect Sky Children of the Light on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in due course.

Our examiner, Andy Robertson, first checked Sky Children of the Light 3 years ago. It was re-examined by Jo Robertson and updated a year ago.
