Toy Tanks (2022) is a multiplayer tank battle with tiny tanks. Inspired by Wii Play Tanks you take on enemies in a fight to the death arena. It stands out for reviving this same-room multiplayer format and injecting ideas from more modern games.

Play involves using your jump, dash, and shoot moves to outwit and out-gun your opponents. You can choose from different Tanks each with unique stats and abilities. It takes the classic tank-battle format and adds both speed and real physics to make things super competitive whether you are taking on the computer in the campaign or fighting friends in competitive battles.

Where Toy Tanks excels is in the attention to competitive detail. Like Towerfall, the dash move not only gets you out of trouble but you can deflect bullets if you time it just right. There are also loads of modifiers for the multiplayer mode to keep things fresh (and all sorts of wacky).
