Twilight Drive

Twilight Drive (2021) is a racing game where you turbo, drift, and use a grappling hook to turn corners and get fast lap times. Along with racing your own times, an on-line leaderboard lets you compete with friends and family. It's a cross between Micro Machines and Trackmania, although currently only single player.

You view the car from above and race against the ghosts of your friends (and top medalists) as you try to find the perfect line for the fastest lap. It's a simple game with an unusual approach to assisted cornering. This keeps the focus on racing rather than fumbling with buttons.

There are 40 different tracks with different surfaces (grass, desert, sea, underground) and time of day, night, twilight. There's even dynamic music that adjusts to your race progress.
