Bake 'n Switch is a puzzle fighting game where 2-4 players are apprentice bakers fighting the "Mould" and taking on various Guardian bosses. It's ridiculously cute and a lot of silly fun, as you catch, merge and sacrifice the anthropomorphised dough creatures before time runs out.

Through hundreds of levels, you progress through a variety of baking challenges. Whether you work with friends or compete in the player vs player modes, it's a lot of fun. Each level can be completed with up to three stars, and offer plenty of reasons to go back if you don't manage it the first time.

You learn how each of the different buns works and put their properties to good use. Whether your come-to-life baked goods help by eating each other, jumping in the oven, dancing, breaking barriers, or trapping enemies are super fast or super sharp, they all have their uses.

You choose from one of the six different bakers. Ginger has bun-doubling serums. Parsley has a cat helper. Rosemary is the fast dough roller. Sage has a witch's cauldron to bake Buns and vanish Mould. Salt has a grappling hook. Thyme has flame mitts that instantly bake things.

Along with the multiplayer modes for two to four players there's a single-player campaign that you can play through on your own. With the help of a trusty basket and some familiar Baker friends to help you on your solo journey. It's a game that requires coordination and planning if you are working in a team. But it's easy enough for anyone to jump in and enjoy themselves. It may look cutesy but even the more experienced family gamers will find a healthy challenge here.
