Play Overview
Last Stop (2021) is an adventure set in London. You play three interconnected characters, making choices that shape their conversations, and determine where their stories lead.
Donna is a high-school student who feels trapped by her overprotective big sister. She seeks teenage thrills with her friends that spiral out of control as they become unexpected kidnappers. John is a middle-aged single dad burdened with debt. He unwittingly falls foul of a vengeful stranger. Meena is an ambitious professional struggling to find satisfaction. She vies with a colleague for a promotion and discovers something strange in the basement beneath her workplace.
Like Virginia, from the same developer, Last Stop has a strong narrative. Here though, the game is fully voiced with performances from a range of UK talent and orchestral score. The result is a game that invites you to explore each character's secrets to discover the ties that bind them together. Although there's ancient magic waking up beneath their city, it's really a game about how magic can be found in the mundane.
