Play OverviewPlay Overview

Star Wars Eclipse is a narrative role-play set in the High Republic Era of the series, when the Jedi were in their golden age. Like Detroit: Become Human, Heavy Rain, and Beyond Two Souls, the action focuses on character choices and branching narrative impact. Every decision you make can have dramatic repercussions on your journey. The way of life in the Outer Rim is being threatened and you must define your path.

Play involves exploring the world, meeting characters and making choices. These create an intricate branching adventure that is different for each player. You control multiple characters that collide and impact each other's worlds. Along with the choice-and-response play, there are action sequences that require quick timing and button combinations.

It features new species and planets from the Star Wars universe, as it takes us to the politics of the Outer Rim.

Release date and platforms still to be confirmed. But we expect to see it on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Our examiner, Andy Robertson, first checked Star Wars Eclipse 3 years ago. It was re-examined by Ellen Robertson and updated 4 weeks ago.
