Video Game Homescreen (Dreams) Review
Homescreen (2021) is a puzzle game. You play as a duck trapped in a house. Escape the house by solving puzzles and unlocking rooms. Escape rooms are rarely played from this top down angle and it makes for the unique experience, as if you were a giant peering down into a dolls house.

Our examiner, Andrea Walney, first checked Homescreen (Dreams) 20 months ago. It was re-examined by Jo Robertson and updated 15 months ago.

Homescreen is a puzzle game. You play as a duck trapped in a house. Escape the house by solving puzzles and unlocking rooms. Escape rooms are rarely played from this top down angle and it makes for the unique experience, as if you were a giant peering down into a dolls house.

The controls are displayed on the screen if you walk close to an object you can interact with it. You can pick up and place objects and examine things in the room with a single button click. Movement is controlled with the stick, you have no camera controls. Puzzles mainly consist of finding clues to help you unlock doors and uncover secrets.

A short escape room game with fun puzzles, bound to give you plenty of aha! moments.
