The Snowgardens
Review

The Snowgardens (2020) is a running, jumping and exploration game where you are a child stranded on a beautiful archipelago. Once the home to an ancient time-altering civilisation but now abandoned, leaving strange technology for you to operate to progress.

Play involves collecting objects and interacting with this technology to traverse the varied islands as you attempt to escape the clutches of land and sea. As you progress you discover more contraptions and puzzles. The rain falls and atmosphere builds and the ancient beings awaken.

There's an exploration mode that enable you to explore more freely. This opens all the doors.

The game is part of a trilogy with the first two available and the final part planned next year. They each offer a unique experience and are similarly worth playing:
