Play OverviewPlay Overview

Locomotion (2019) is a puzzle game where you are a train chasing an alien who stole your gold. You control the direction of the train and the points. Each level is a puzzle where you need to find all the gold and hidden items. It's like a simplified Western version of Captain Toad's Treasure Tracker.

There are 52 levels divided into 4 worlds all with unique biomes and landscape features. In each level, you try to find the hidden gold using many of the maps features, such as magnets, turntables, pressure plates, switches, crumbling blocks, exploding carriages and fans.

After finding the gold you must navigate to the exit to finish the level. The game is simple to play with easy controls making it great for families. However, the fact that it is single-player limits the inclusiveness.

Our examiner, Andy Robertson, first checked Locomotion 3 years ago. It was re-examined by Jo Robertson and updated 7 weeks ago.
