These characters each have their own story that requires you to talk to other people, grow a crop or craft an island. It's the kind of thing that will appeal to players who like the rhythm of fetching and carrying.
More experienced players sometimes find a lack of depth or streamlined progression, but it's an ideal game to introduce young players to role-play games and the mechanics of planting, tending and harvesting crops and plants. You make friends and discover a gentle calming story that invites players to play their part in.

Rated for younger players in Australia. Rated General (G).
7+ year-olds usually have the required skill to enjoy this game. Younger players need the skill to plan and persevere at their farm. There is also quite a bit of reading to cope with, along with exploring the island to find new areas to farm. There is quite a bit of repetitive fetching and carrying that younger players seem to often warm to.
