Play OverviewPlay Overview

Giblets (2022) is an action game. Over 22 levels you must herd oven-ready chickens off the edge of a platform, but you only have 10 seconds per level. It's a really unusual game, not only for the simple mechanic but because of its very weird and wacky development. Although short, you will probably play through a few times to get a higher score.

Play is controlled with just a few simple controls. Move with the stick and jump with the button. However, as you try and herd the chickens, they try to run away from you. The danger is that in trying to get them off the edge, you fall off yourself.

Each level has a unique theme, from a frying pan, to a falling piano, to a deep sea scene. If you fail it only reloads your current level, so it is simple to progress.

It is all very silly and does not require too many skills, but sometimes that is exactly what you need. Suitable for all ages. Embrace the weird and wacky world of Giblets and try to get on the scoreboard.

Our examiner, Andrea Walney, first checked Giblets (Dreams) 2 years ago. It was re-examined by Jo Robertson and updated 23 months ago.

This game has not yet been rated, but we anticipate it is likely to be rated PEGI 7.
User-Generated Content: This game includes content created by other players, such as maps, outfits and items, that are not reflected in the game rating.

No blood and gore, but the aim of the game is to push plucked chickens over the edge, presumably to their death. There are also scenes with heavy weights falling on the characters, and spinning and slashing knives.

Skill Level

3+ year-olds usually have the required skill to enjoy this game. Very simple controls and gameplay make it playable by even really young children.
