Roblox is rated
PEGI 7 and ESRB
EVERYONE 10+. However, this does not address Phantom Forces content specifically, as it is considered User Generated Content.
In addition to the official rating for the Roblox platform, parents should note that although the violence and war theme is depicted with cartoon-like graphics, the game includes pixilated blood and dead bodies that remain on the floor and tumble down hills after they are killed. On PC the visuals are more detailed and include blood when characters are shot, which can be turned off in the settings. On Xbox and PC, you can turn dead bodies off via the “Spawn Ragdolls” option.
7+ year-olds usually have the required skill to enjoy this game. Still, it's important for parents and guardians to consider the maturity required to process the game content. It's also important to ensure children understand in-game purchases and have spending limits set-up. You need quick reactions and good accurate aiming with sticks for the shooting. Younger players who don't mind losing enjoy this as they can quickly start again. You also need to learn the different maps and other players' tactics.

You need to purchase a Xbox Live Gold subscription to play online with Xbox One.
Many families choose to pay for an In-Game Subscription that grants access to features and Robux currency for use in any Roblox games without the risk of individual transactions. Outside the game, you can make larger purchases.
This subscription grants 450 Robux a month as well as discounts on buying more Robux and access to selling and trading items with other subscribed Roblox players. The games generally encourage the spending of Robux to progress as a proportion of the money spent goes to the person who creates the game.
As you play you level up to get new guns and attachments. This also grants you credits (CR) to spend and reduces the cost of weapons. You can fast-track this progress by purchasing more CR with Robux that are paid for with real money.
Guns: There are
100's of guns and attachments to purchase. One of the most expensive is the Heckler & Koch G11 assault rifle that cost 42200 Credits if you were level 1 in the game. 42200 CR costs about 4000 Robux which would cost about £46/$50.
Cases: Weapons can be customised via cases and keys. These are either earned by playing or purchased with credits. The cases show you what they might contain but you don't know what they will contain until you open them, although they do state the odds of what you will get.
The most expensive cases cost 250 CR and require a 500 CR key to open them. This is about 75 Robux which would cost about £0.75. However, you can open multiple cases to obtain 6 items to trade in for rare versions, which can increase the potential costs. Also, before opening a case you can also pay to specify which weapon it is applied to, otherwise, it is applied to a random weapon.
